• 100g rice flakes
• 50g sev
• 1 bunch mint leaves
• 50g onions, chopped
• 3 green chilies
• 50g tamarind
• 50g jaggery
• 1/2 tsp chat masala
• 1 bunch coriander leaves
• Salt to taste

How to make bhelpuri:-
Take mint leaves and green chilies, grind it, till it takes the form of smooth paste. Now take one cup of water, add tamarind and jaggery in it and boil it, remove the pulp and keep water aside.
Take the rice flakes in a bowl, add mint leaves and green chilies paste, tamarind water, chopped onions, chat masala, sev, salt and mix well.
Take out the mixture on a plate, garnish with coriander leaves and serve
