Bharti Airtel today has launched its mobile comics portal. Here, the subscribers can access comic strips from their mobile phones. According to information received from the company, the mobile comics service would be available on its mobile entertainment portal, Airtel Live.
Airtel comics portal offers subscribers with access to more than 300 Indian and international comic characters. These comic characters also include Akbar, Birbal, Popeye as well as comics supplied by Amar Chitra Katha. This can be accessed via Wireless Application Protocol (WAP).
Airtel customers can access the Airtel mobile comics portal service by texting COMICS or COMIC to 54321.
