Narsee monjee institute of management studies (NMIMS) was established in 1981 by Narsee Monjee Educational Trust. It was awarded deemed to be university status by University Grants Commission(UGC) in 2003. It was the first management institute which was awarded five star rating by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). NMIMS provides its students with the best of facilities, infrastructure, faculty and placement opportunities.
Candidates aspiring to be a part of NMIMS have to appear for Narsee Monjee Management Aptitude Test (NMAT) for admission to various specialized courses in MBA. The admission to the various post graduate management courses is based on NMAT score and personal interview and a group discussion.
