Anna University on behalf of Tamil Nadu Government conducts Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) for admission in the professional post-graduate programmes in various Government,Private universities and institutes in Tamil Nadu.It is a qualifying exam for students aspiring to take admission in MBA, MCA, M.Tech, M.Arch, M.Plan and M.E programs.
Anna University-Coimbatore,Anna University-Chennai, Anna University-Tirunelveli, Anna University-Trichy, Government and Government aided Institutes and Government Quota seats in private Institutes are also included in it.
Following are the tentative dates for TANCET 2010 –
1.Date of Entrance Examination: May End, 2010.
2.Availability of Application Forms: April 1st week, 2010
3.Last Date for receipt of completed application forms: April 3rd week, 2010
