six months after being declared 'dead' by the police, Meghna Subhedar (28), an employee with the software company Genesis, revealed that she had been begging in trains to feed herself.
According to Subhedar, "I used to board any train that I saw and start begging. I travelled to Kolhapur and now am coming from Ahmedabad,".
Interestingly, on October 10, Meghna had a fight with some other beggars and was hit on head with a stone which resulted in bringing back her memory. Thereafter, she called her father in Chhattisgarh and then her parents informed the GRP Mumbai.
