Acer is making all efforts to occupy some space in the smartphone segment. Acer has launched a number of smartphones recently and a numer of smartphones from Acer are linedup for release.
neoTouch S200 is one such device that Acer launched recently in India. Acer neoTouch S200 boasts of a gigantic 3.8-inch WVGA display and a 5 megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash. The touchscreen handset is loaded with a number of applications including Google Maps, Latitude, POI Search, Street View, Traffic, Windows Media Player 10, Acer Sync, Microsoft Direct Push, Microsoft Office Mobile and many others.
The neoTouch S200 also claims to provide a talktime of up to 5hrs and a standby time of around 400hrs. In addition to the above-mentioned features, Acer neoTouch S200 also claims to offer support for 3.5mm standard audio jack, Mini-USB, Micro-SD slot, which can be expanded for about 32GB, accelerometer, proximity sensor and light sensor.
At the time of its launch, Acer neoTouch S200 mobile phone was priced around Rs 34000/- but now its available for around Rs 29000 across various cities/towns of India.
