Adapa Karthik tops civil services exam

Adapa Karthik,a police officer from the state of Andhra Pradseh has topped 2007 civil services examinations while Supreet Singh Gulati from Delhi has stood second in the merit list. The civil services final results 2007 were announced on Friday. A total of 734 candidates have made it to the Civil Services. Adapa Karthik is currently an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer undergoing probation, has topped tthe most prestigious test of the country.
