Dr Anita Durrani along with Dr Rajesh Talwar was arrested by the Up police on Friday for the gruesome murder of Aarushi Talwar, 14 year old school girl. Dr Anita Durrani is partner and friend of Dr Rajesh Talwar
Inspector General of Police, Gurudarshan Singh, disclosed this while addressing a press conference on Friday that Arushi was brutally murdered by her father, who had an extra-marital affair with Dr Anita Durrani.
The IG also said that both Arushi and the domestic help Hemraj knew of this affair and discussed Rajesh Talwar’s illicit affair with Dr Anita. This led to both Hemraj and Aarushi coming closer.
According to the IG, Dr Talwar told the police that he had caught his daughter and Hemraj in an objectionable position on the fateful night. This upset Rajesh Talwar to such an extent that in a fit of rage, he killed his Hemraj first and then his daughter.
