• 2 Big Potatoes (boiled, peeled and mashed)
• 7-8 Bread Slices
• 1/2tsp Green chilies ( finely chopped)
• 1/4 tsp Red Chili powder to taste
• 1/4th tsp Garam Masala powder
• 1/4 cup Coriander leaves finely chopped
• salt to taste
• Oil for frying

How to make bread roll:-
Take mashed potatoes, add salt, chili powder, garam masala, green chilies and coriander leaves in it, and mix well. Take some water in a bowl; dip a bread slice for 3-4 seconds. Take out bread and press it between palms, so that excess water gets removed. Place a tbsp potato mixture over the damp bread and roll. Seal the edges of the bread so that the filling does not come out from any part of the bread. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry on medium flame till the roll turns golden brown in color.
Serve hot bread rolls with green chutney and tomato sauce.
