In the wake of deadly terror strikes on Mumbai, the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, summoned the Pakistan High Commissioner Shahid Malik on Monday to lodge protest over the use of Pakistan soil in emnating terrorism in India.
The Pak High commissioner, Malik, was summouned by the Joint Secretary (Pakistan) in the Ministry of External Affairs, T C A Raghavan who issued a demarche to him on the Mumbai terror attacks that is believed to have been carried out by "elements" based in Pakistan.
Investigations into the three-day dastardly Mumbai terror attacks have shown that the plan to carry out the attacks was hatched on Pakistani soil.
